What car race do you think you have a chance at?

Have you ever taken a satisfying streak of surprisingly good turns and thought to yourself, “I’m pretty good at this?” Or maybe you had a track day here and there, where the instructor assured you that they were the best they had seen that day? If so, you might find yourself thinking you might try car racing.

But, obviously, you don’t want to start with something daunting like the 24 Hours of Le Mans. So which car race do you really think you have a shot at?

Think about what kind of cars you could handle or what styles of bikes you know best. Next, consider whether you want to take on a fearsome race track, a street circuit, or something entirely off-road.

Whatever event you attend, whatever style of motorsport you like, we want to hear your answers.

You may have taken a look at the new Las Vegas Grand Prix track and I thought “Could I have that?” Or, perhaps you have seen the layout of the tracks at Tasmania Supersprint in Australian supercars series and thought you could check it out.

And what about a street circuit? Surely it can’t be that hard to run the sausage-shaped dog New York E-Prix route? And then there is NASCAR, it’s going around in circleslaw?

Personally, I’ve always dreamed of trying Brands Hatch with British Touring Cars. There you have 10 corners spread over a 1.21 mile track and you can tackle it all in a race-ready Honda Civid or Ford Focus, what’s not to love?

So whatever car race you think you have a shot at, let us know. Respond to the comments and let us know which series and track you think you can take on. We’ll leave that over the weekend and compile some of the best answers on Monday afternoon.
