The pickup, known in other markets as the L200, will compete under the Team Mitsubishi Ralliart banner, a private team owned by TANT Sports in Thailand, with Mitsubishi itself providing technical support.
Hiroshi Masuoka – two-time Dakar Rally champion – has been named team manager.
